Job Summary

QC CHEMIST
immediate hiring
Product Development
Meets quality Control financial objectives by estimating requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
5 Year Work Experience in Same Profile .

Responsibilities and Duties

Develops quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new analysis methods.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Co-ordinate with external lab for our sample analysis,
Conducting in-process analysis, Final product analysis, Final product protocol & COA preparing
Utilizing man power
Coordinate with sales, export & purchase department for sample provisions.
Monitoring & approval of testing of vendor samples.
Maintaining all stability samples & data.
Approval of RM, PM, & FP as per current specifications.
Monitor & conduct all QC instruments.
Monitoring control samples of FP.
Supervise QC chemist & Lab assistant’s work.

Qualifications and Skills
BSC /MSC CHEMISTRY
MIN 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY
THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF CHEMICALS, ITS TESTING, ALL QUALITY CONTROL ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES, ISO, GMP GLP ,
