Full job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer to manage interior fit-out projects and ensure smooth site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors/vendors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Check material quality and ensure proper usage at site
Handle site measurements and BOQ verification
Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
Resolve site issues and provide technical support
Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
Knowledge of interior execution, site management, and BOQ
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting
