Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and motivated site engineer with a B.Tech. in civil engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the project manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring work aligns with project timelines and budgets.
- Inspect and verify work quality, ensuring it meets specifications and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants for technical clarifications and modifications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage site logistics, including workforce allocation and material procurement.
- Conduct site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Train junior engineers and site staff on safety protocols and work standards.
- Ensure all construction activities follow legal and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Preferred 5+ years’ experience in construction or civil project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
