About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and business support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the MD’s schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring timely follow-up on key decisions and assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MIS reports, and business documents.
Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action points to closure.
Follow up with department heads on tasks, deadlines, and decisions assigned by the MD.
Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and related requirements.
Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and management information.
Assist the MD in monitoring important business activities, projects, and deadlines.
Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information and prepare management updates.
Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and business-related activities.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, and online meeting tools.
Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
Willingness to work with senior management and handle time-sensitive requirements.

Pay: ₹12,679.16 - ₹45,843.92 per month
