We are seeking a highly experienced senior professional to lead, manage, and oversee the overall functioning, academic quality, administration, and operational performance of our institution.
The Centre Head will work closely with top management and take overall responsibility for institutional operations, training quality, academic standards, syllabus implementation, trainer performance, student discipline, people management, program execution, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should be a mature and accomplished professional with extensive leadership and institutional experience, capable of independently managing the centre, maintaining high academic and professional standards, developing teams, and ensuring accountability across all functions.
We particularly welcome applications from highly experienced or retired/recently retired Professors, Principals, Vice Principals, Deans, HODs, Academic Heads, senior educational administrators, senior corporate executives, government/PSU officers, and other accomplished institutional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall leadership responsibility for the effective day-to-day functioning and performance of the institution.
- Maintain high standards of training quality, academic delivery, student experience, and institutional discipline.
- Monitor training programs to ensure classes are delivered according to approved schedules, syllabus, learning objectives, and expected quality standards.
- Regularly review curriculum, syllabus, training materials, assessments, practical sessions, projects, and program structure in coordination with trainers and management.
- Establish and maintain a structured quality assurance process for training and academic programs.
- Observe and evaluate training sessions periodically and provide constructive feedback to trainers.
- Monitor trainer performance, teaching quality, preparation, punctuality, student engagement, and completion of syllabus.
- Conduct regular academic and trainer review meetings and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.
- Ensure programs remain relevant to current industry requirements, technologies, professional standards, and employability expectations.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, performance, behaviour, and overall engagement.
- Maintain appropriate discipline among students and trainers and ensure institutional policies and professional standards are consistently followed.
- Address student, parent, trainer, and academic escalations with maturity and sound judgement.
- Ensure programs, batches, examinations, assessments, projects, workshops, and other academic activities are properly planned and executed.
- Identify gaps in training quality or program delivery and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Work with trainers to continuously improve teaching methodology, practical exposure, learning outcomes, and student performance.
- Provide senior-level leadership to academic, administrative, admissions, marketing, and operational teams.
- Supervise employees, departmental responsibilities, performance, attendance, discipline, and professional standards.
- Establish clear accountability across teams and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular management, departmental, academic, and operational review meetings with proper follow-up on action items.
- Act as the key representative of management at the centre and ensure management decisions and institutional policies are effectively implemented.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, evaluation, and development of trainers and other employees.
- Coordinate effectively between management, trainers, employees, students, parents, companies, educational institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee administration, facilities, documentation, compliance, assets, security, and general institutional requirements.
- Represent the institution professionally during official meetings, campus visits, events, industry interactions, and institutional engagements.
- Support partnerships and relationships with colleges, universities, companies, government bodies, and other organizations.
- Monitor institutional performance and provide structured reports, observations, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support management in institutional growth, new programs, expansion, partnerships, and strategic development.
- Build and maintain a professional, disciplined, quality-focused, accountable, and performance-oriented institutional culture.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of overall professional experience strongly preferred, with substantial experience in senior leadership, academics, institutional management, administration, or organizational management.
- Significant experience in leading teams, departments, academic programs, institutions, or large organizational functions.
- Previous experience as a Professor, Principal, Vice Principal, Dean, HOD, Academic Head, Centre Head, Senior Educational Administrator, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership position is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to academic quality assurance, curriculum/syllabus monitoring, faculty or trainer management, student management, or institutional administration will be a significant advantage.
- Proven record of leadership, decision-making, people management, discipline management, and organizational development.
- Experience in universities, colleges, professional training institutes, educational organizations, corporate learning environments, or similar institutions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, professional qualification, or higher academic qualification is strongly preferred.
- Highly experienced retired and recently retired professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
