Job Summary
We are seeking a Semi Qualified Company Secretarial – Corporate Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements while providing administrative support in a corporate environment. This role demands strong organizational, compliance, and communication skills to manage and oversee various corporate governance tasks.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain board meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.
Act as the point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities.
Handle requests and queries related to compliance and governance.
Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and records with the relevant authorities.
Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate governance policies and procedures.
Organize and schedule appointments related to corporate compliance matters.
Draft and distribute formal correspondence, legal memos, and notices.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
Support the preparation of annual reports and disclosures.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Semi Qualified Company Secretary
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, laws, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory filings and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel).
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
