Role Summary
The Senior Specialist – Frontend Engineer (A3) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications using Angular. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces while owning frontend modules end to end. Strong hands-on usage of AI-assisted development tools is highly valued to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based frontend applications
Build reusable UI components, services, and modules
Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Collaborate with Backend, QA, and Product teams
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery activities
Own the quality and stability of assigned frontend components

AI Usage & Productivity Expectations

Actively use AI-assisted tools for UI development, refactoring, and debugging
Use AI to speed up component development and reduce rework
Leverage AI for documentation, test case suggestions, and defect analysis
Validate AI-generated code to meet performance and security standards
Continuously improve productivity using AI-driven approaches

Quality & Collaboration

Ensure frontend code is testable and automation-friendly
Support QA during testing and defect resolution
Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Future Growth Expectation
Frontend engineers are expected to gradually gain backend exposure using Python (Flask/FastAPI) and move toward full-stack feature ownership over time. Candidates with existing full-stack experience (Angular + Python) are considered a strong advantage.

Skills & Experience

3–7 years of frontend development experience
Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Exposure to Python backend development is a plus
Hands-on usage of AI tools for development productivity is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
