Your MissionResponsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly UI layouts for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams using tools like Figma and Stitch
- Develop visually appealing graphics, icons, banners, and branding materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Conduct UI/UX research to understand user behaviour, customer needs, and usability challenges
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colour systems, and overall design language
- Create responsive and accessible designs optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Build interactive prototypes and collaborate with developers for smooth implementation
- Improve user experience by simplifying workflows and reducing friction in product journeys
- Prepare design assets, style guides, and developer handoff documentation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging design technologies
- Perform competitor analysis and contribute innovative ideas for better user engagement
- Design social media creatives, presentations, promotional banners, and marketing visuals when required
- Maintain high-quality visual standards across all digital platforms and products
QualificationsEligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Designing
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications
- Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and visual design skills
CompetencyTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Proficiency in Stitch
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and modern design systems
- A basic understanding of front-end technologies is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
