Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Chandigarh, India. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and creating tailored treatment plans for patients experiencing physical difficulties due to injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Daily tasks include implementing various therapeutic techniques, advising on exercise routines, educating patients about their treatment options, and documenting progress. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve recovery goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Knowledge and experience in implementing physiotherapy techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and engaging effectively with patients and colleagues
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring progress
- In-depth understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology related to the musculoskeletal and neurological systems
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Relevant certification and licensing as required by local and national regulations
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making
