BUSINESS UNIT

HRS Growth Marketing department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. POSITION

We are seeking for a campaign manager to plan and execute campaigns in Outreach

CHALLENGE

Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in the tool Outreach
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Budget Management: Set and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless execution.
Content Development: Collaborate on creating compelling and consistent campaign content.
Audience Segmentation: Segment the user base to come up with the best campaign strategy
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
Reporting: Generate insightful reports on campaign performance.
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM Tool Outreach (Braze/MSDynamics), Email marketing, adwords, and MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Marketing automation tools like MsDynamics or Hubspot is also beneficial.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform campaign strategies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and results effectively.
Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
