Full job description

About the Role

Chhapai is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication, with the ability to create compelling designs for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create designs for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Design print collateral such as business cards, brochures, flyers, packaging, invitations, and stationery.
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production teams when required.
Create visual content for websites, presentations, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute creative projects.
Maintain consistency across all brand communications.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Canva.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Ability to create print-ready artwork.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Experience in print, packaging, or branding projects.
Familiarity with social media content creation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design is preferred.
