Job Overview

This role of ARBM, we are looking internally to increase our regional revenue. Managing current accounts and handling customer service and generating new business from existing accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Be responsible for Regional Revenue

Increase Wallet Share of clients at respective city by capitalizing on upselling opportunities

Find avenues of creating stickiness at client level and manage relation

Proactively meet and manage relations with client

Candidate Prerequisites:

Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges

4-8 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing

Proven track record on upselling and maximizing revenue

Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
