Job Responsibilities:

Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples as per established protocols.
Perform routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests accurately.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure proper sample handling, storage, and disposal as per safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
Follow quality control and infection-control procedures.
Ensure proper calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory investigations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the laboratory.
Adhere strictly to hospital policies, laboratory protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: DMLT / BMLT or equivalent recognized qualification.
Relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle responsibilities independently.

Shift Timings: Rotational

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
