Full job description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in buying, selling, and negotiating real estate properties, as well as managing high-value client relationships and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, connect, and consult with active buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs.
Manage client pipelines, generate new leads, and conduct site visits or open houses.
Negotiate property sales agreements, contracts, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
Analyze market trends, local property values, and competitive pricing to advise clients accurately.
Oversee end-to-end deal closures while ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales or property advisory.
Licensing: Active real estate agent license or registration (RERA certified, if applicable locally).
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, lead-generation, and client management skills.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local residential/commercial property markets.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS listing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
