About the Role

We are looking for a copywriter who pairs strong sales psychology with modern AI tooling to produce high-converting content across our editorial and promotional output. This is a contemporary copywriting role. You will direct AI tools, apply proven persuasion frameworks, and shape how copy is presented for maximum impact. We want someone who is part psychologist, part writer, part salesman, and who understands that copywriting is salesmanship in print.

What You Will Do

Research the market and the niche using tools like Perplexity and Gemini, including deep research workflows. You will build your own understanding rather than waiting to be handed material.

Track competitors across email and ad copy, identify what is working, and adapt winning angles into our content.

Help build and maintain the editorial calendar, scheduling content around themes and seasonal timing in our niches.

Write sales letters for our products and offers, translating each promotion into persuasive copy.

Produce editorial and promotional emails that match our voice and convert.

Ensure quality across all content, making sure everything reads natural, polished, and human.

Collaborate with our graphics and video teams so copy is presented for maximum psychological impact, not just written well. We will train you on the details.

Plan and run A/B tests, organizing multiple tests to continuously improve performance.

Combine your creative instinct with AI and framework models to generate ideas and assemble finished assets.

What We Are Looking For

Strong grasp of sales psychology and persuasion.

Comfort working with AI tools and the curiosity to learn and apply different copy frameworks.

A self-directed researcher who can dig into a market and form a point of view independently.

Sharp editorial judgment and a feel for what reads natural versus what feels off.

An analytical, curious mind for reverse-engineering what works in the market.

A data-driven approach. Everything is tested and optimized, and the data decides what wins.

A collaborative attitude toward working with graphics and video, rather than staying text-only.
