About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, super-star go-getter and a detail-oriented and highly dependable Senior Accountant to manage the accounting and statutory compliance requirements of our group companies across multiple countries. This is a hands-on role requiring strong accounting fundamentals, excellent reconciliation skills, and practical knowledge of Indian taxation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple legal entities, currencies, ERP systems, and jurisdictions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts for group companies across:
- India
- United Kingdom
- United States
- UAE
- France
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Work across multiple accounting platforms including:
- Zoho Books
- QuickBooks
- Other ERP/accounting software as required.
- Ensure books are maintained in accordance with accounting best practices and management reporting requirements.
Reconciliations
Own and regularly perform reconciliations including:
- Bank reconciliations
- Customer (Debtors/Accounts Receivable) reconciliations
- Vendor (Creditors/Accounts Payable) reconciliations
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Related party balances
- Advance payments and deposits
- Employee reimbursement reconciliations
- Payment gateway reconciliations
- Credit card and expense reconciliations
- Ledger scrutiny and balance sheet schedule preparation
Investigate and resolve accounting differences independently.
Indian Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage and support:
- GST compliance
- GST reconciliations
- GSTR return preparation and review
- TDS calculations and return filings
- Advance Tax computations
- Income Tax support
- Books preparation for statutory requirements
- Accounting records required for assessments and notices
Audit & ROC Support
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors.
- Provide accounting schedules and reconciliations during annual audits.
- Work with the Company's Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary for:
- Annual ROC filings
- Financial statement finalisation
- Statutory compliance documentation
Financial Controls
- Ensure accounting accuracy across all entities.
- Review ledgers for inconsistencies.
- Maintain supporting documentation.
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
Reporting
Prepare periodic management reports including:
- Debtors ageing
- Creditors ageing
- Cash position
- Outstanding reconciliations
- Inter-company balances
- Compliance status tracker
- Monthly financial summaries
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Indian Accounting
- GST
- TDS
- Advance Tax
- Financial Statements
- Excellent reconciliation skills.
- Experience handling multiple companies/entities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks.
Preferred
- Experience with international accounting.
- Exposure to UK, US or UAE accounting environments.
- Experience in CA firms, outsourcing firms or multinational organisations.
- Knowledge of foreign currency accounting and inter-company accounting.
- Working knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
