We’re looking for a Dot Net Team Lead who can lead by example, drive technical excellence, and mentor a team of developers to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of .NET developers through all phases of software development.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and efficient applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, Product Management, and DevOps.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to the development team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
- Proficiency in Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
- Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks (added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud (preferably AWS or Azure).
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
