Assistant Accountant jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, supporting the finance function of a multi-pillar intelligence practice. Engagements here generate a steady stream of invoices, reconciliations, payroll entries and reporting cycles — and the finance team runs on assistants who process that load accurately, completely and on time. You will assist the finance department, accountants and management with the routine and not-so-routine: bookkeeping, reconciliations, reports and the month-end rhythm the whole firm depends on. The seat is also the training ground for the firm’s finance leadership — controllers here started exactly where you would sit, learning the engagement billing model from the entries upward. The software changes; the discipline compounds. Month by month you take ownership of one more slice of the close until the cycle is yours. Accuracy is verified here, not assumed — every reconciliation you present is reviewed by a senior accountant until review becomes exception-only. Account reconciliations, payments and invoices are processed efficiently and accurately, to a standard the desk can rely on without re-checking. You will create financial documents such as invoices, bills and payable/receivable entries, complete bank reconciliations, and support payroll administration. Financial data enters the proper software packages on your keystroke — which makes your accuracy the books’ accuracy. The rhythm work matters too: regular financial reports for the finance team, office expenses kept within budget, inconsistencies verified and corrected at source, and the year-end analysis brought to a close with the senior team.
