MBA from IIMs or equivalent prestigious institution.
Extensive experience in dealing with advertising agencies and overseeing the creation of impactful ads.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Should be a team manager and must have handled 10+ team size if marketing executives and managers.
Should have worked as a Brand Champion/ Custodian in his career.
Should have handled multiple product/ project launches with 360 degree launch campaigns
Must have worked/ handled large advertising agencies.
Should have handled marketing budgets of Rs.25 Crores and above per annum.
Should be a thinker/ innovator and should be able to create opportunities in adversities
Must possess the ability to understand data and be a data driven professional with attention to details.
Must be knowledgeable to handle digital marketing.
