We are seeking a Consultant Sales professional specialized in 3D Printing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of 3D printing technologies and their applications across various industries. This role involves engaging with potential clients to identify their needs, providing expert advice on 3D printing solutions, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. The Consultant Sales will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and project management teams to ensure a seamless integration of our products and services into client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base for 3D printing solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our 3D printing technology.
Understand and assess customer requirements, providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges with 3D printing.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in 3D printing technology to effectively position our products.
Provide feedback from the market to the product development team for continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills Required:

Proven sales experience in a technical environment, preferably within the 3D printing or additive manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications across various industries such as aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and consumer products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools to understand client designs and specifications.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools to track sales performance and market trends.
Understanding of 3D printing software and hardware, including different printing techniques and materials.
