Key Responsibilities at Oxymed Hospital
- Clinical Diagnostics: Perform 2D Echo, M-Mode, Doppler, and Color Flow echocardiographic studies within the hospital’s diagnostic wing.
- Cardiologist Collaboration: Assist our medical team during specialized procedures, including Stress Echo and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE).
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for bedside or lab procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout the assessment.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain the hospital’s sophisticated ultrasound machinery and ensure precise calibrations.
- Reporting: Prepare preliminary reports and manage digital patient records within the hospital’s secure database.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc. in Cardiac Technology, Echocardiography, or a related Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology.
- Experience: 1–5 years of clinical experience (Candidates with strong hospital internship records are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating advanced Echo machines and a comprehensive understanding of cardiac anatomy.
- Soft Skills: A professional bedside manner and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced hospital team.
