Should be a Post - Graduate in Marketing field or should have completed graduation from a reputed college or University
Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target.

Manage a team of 3+ people.

Visiting, Architects, Builders, Consultants, Turnkey Contractors, Interior designers, Dealers etc.

Educating about our Product to Architects, Corporate, Turnkey Contractors, Consultants.

Suggesting the required modifications. Giving Presentations about our company & the various quality products manufactured by us.

Building a rapport with the Architects, Corporate, Turnkey consultants and getting Sales orders.
- Arranging for Factory visit of the Clients if required.

Understanding the drawings & technical Specifications required.

Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders.
- Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, Getting samples approved from the concerned.

Liaise with various Architects, Corporate Clients for obtaining various approvals & clearances.

Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified, etc.

Providing the Proforma. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with factory for time bond.

Constantly monitor & report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects, Sales person.
- Co-ordinate & work with sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule & quality.
- Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.
- Payment follows up.

Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.

Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
