Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Executive to manage post-sales activities, coordinate projects, maintain strong client relationships, and support upselling opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and ensure smooth project delivery.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle post-sales client communication and relationship management
Coordinate ongoing projects between clients and internal teams
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding updates and requirements
Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions
Maintain project records, reports, and status updates
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Coordinate with writers, freelancers, and operational teams for project completion
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up discussions with clients
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management
Maintain CRM, Excel sheets, and client databases efficiently

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
Client relationship management skills
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of upselling and customer retention strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidate Profile

1.5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Coordination, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Post-Sales roles
Experience in EdTech, consultancy, service-based, or client-handling industries is preferred
Immediate joiners are preferred
