Job Family Definition:
Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the survey program, to incorporate the same in the results
o Knowledge about the team’s core objective with regards to customer experience
- Data collection & Analysis
o Ensure accurate and unbiased data collection, so as to interpret the same in the results
o Analyze survey response to extracts insights and trends
o Analyze themes and sub themes and use AI tools like Thematic, eClerx for broader insights
o Ensure the metrics in dashboard are refreshed and up to date
- Reporting and Actionable insights
o Create reports and presentations summarizing the key areas
o Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to present the findings to the stakeholders
o Work with CLCA team to identify the improvements needed
- Stakeholder Communication
o Work with the stakeholders to and Program Manager to align survey goals
o Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and findings of the survey.
o Communicate findings with leadership team and provide recommendations
- Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement
o Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data published in form of results
o Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in survey research and data analysis
- Language proficiency and communication expertise
o Excellent command of language - grammar, vocabulary & syntax
o Ability to write impactful, relevant subject lines and informative emails by including all key points / insights
o Crafting messages that drive decisions or action when needed
o Bringing narratives into emails when needed to engage and persuade
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
o Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Experienced in corporate policies, markets and processes
o Min. 2 years of relevant experience in relevant domain. Customer experience would be an added advantage
o Able to handle projects independently
o Content writing, Product reviews – would be an added advantage

o Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values. • • • Experienced in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-country/ business unit/ product line and managing a business in start-up and growth phases • Capable of managing a portfolio of annuity services
