Responsibilities

Providing support to issues raised by users on various modules of Kinaxis Rapid Response like Forecasting / Demand Planning / MPS / Aggregate Supply Planning / Capacity Planning & Inventory Planning.
Ability to understand the issue reported, identify the root cause, and provide fixes within the agreed SLA.
Working with leads, business users, business analyst on the assigned change requests.
Providing periodical updates to the project management team / leads on the progress / issues.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment during the various phases of the project.
Ability to participate in deep dive business discussions during the requirement gathering sessions with business users / business analyst.
Knowledge on integration aspects with third party ERP applications like Oracle EBS / SAP will be an added advantage.
Provide support during the various phases of the change management & Testing.
Provide support for periodical software version upgrade.

Skill competencies

6+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning Solutions and 4+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Kinaxis rapid response Author Level 1 / 2 is desirable.
Ability to configure workbooks, worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response based on solution design requirements.
Excellent understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data model, key control settings and analytics.
Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members to understand requirement and discuss design options.
Experience in supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, etc.).
Domain knowledge on Pharma/Hi-tech/Manufacturing etc preferable.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction.
