Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Head to lead and oversee the complete production operations of our media and creative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing End-to-End production processes, ensuring high-quality content delivery, optimizing workflows, and leading cross-functional creative and production teams. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, production expertise, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of media production including video, personal brandinfg, digital content, and branded campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the entire production lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery
· Oversee video shoots, photography, editing, post-production, and content execution
· Ensure all productions meet creative, technical, and quality standards
· Manage and supervise production teams including editors, videographers, designers, scriptwriters, and coordinators
· Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance
· Mentor and guide team members to improve productivity and creativity
- Project Planning & Execution
· Develop production schedules, workflows, and project timelines
· Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines and budget requirements
· Coordinate with clients, creative directors, marketing teams, and vendors
- Budget & Resource Management
· Manage production budgets, equipment usage, vendor negotiations, and operational costs
· Ensure efficient utilization of studio, equipment, and production resources
· Review and approve creative outputs before final release
· Maintain consistency in brand identity, storytelling, and production quality
- Strategic & Creative Collaboration
· Collaborate with management and creative teams to develop production strategies
· Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and media innovations
· Implement process improvements for better efficiency and output quality

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or related field
· 8+ years of experience in media Pre- production, digital media, or creative agencies
· Prior experience in handling large-scale creative or commercial projects preferred
Role Summary
A Production Head is responsible for leading the overall production operations of a media company, ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality execution of all media and content production projects.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
