Job Description:

Neuberg Diagnostics, one of Indias leading diagnostic service providers, is seeking a qualified and committed MD Pathologist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing diagnostic laboratory operations, ensuring accurate reporting of test results, and maintaining quality standards in pathology services.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret results from laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, histopathology, cytology, and clinical pathology.
Supervise sample processing, testing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and adherence to turnaround times.
Review and validate reports generated by technicians and other lab staff.
Collaborate with clinicians for correlation and interpretation of results.
Maintain compliance with NABL and other regulatory quality standards.
Support the training and development of junior lab personnel.
Participate in internal and external quality control programs.
Ensure safe and hygienic practices in laboratory operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

MD in Pathology from a recognized institution.
1 to 2 years of post-MD experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital setting.
Strong diagnostic skills in both clinical and anatomic pathology.
Familiarity with automated lab equipment and LIS systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Commitment to high-quality standards and patient care.
