Job Summary
BM Elite International Clinic is looking for a Dentist with aesthetic experience to manage premium dental consultations, cosmetic dental treatments, smile design cases, and patient counselling.
The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, confident patient communication, and interest in cosmetic dentistry, smile correction, facial aesthetics, aligners, veneers, whitening, and complete smile makeover planning.
This role is suitable for a dentist who can handle both routine dental cases and aesthetic dental cases in a premium clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Dental Care
- Perform dental consultations and oral examination.
- Diagnose dental problems and prepare treatment plans.
- Handle routine dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, restorations, extractions, basic endodontic referral coordination, and preventive care.
- Identify cases requiring specialist referral such as oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, or endodontics.
- Maintain proper clinical records, photographs, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Follow sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety protocols.
2. Aesthetic Dentistry
- Assess patients for cosmetic dental concerns.
- Plan smile design and smile correction treatments.
- Handle or assist in:
- Teeth whitening
- Tooth jewellery if applicable
- Composite bonding
- Diastema closure
- Gum contouring coordination
- Veneer planning
- Crown and bridge aesthetic planning
- Tooth reshaping
- Digital smile design coordination
- Clear aligner case screening
- Bridal smile makeover planning
- Take intraoral and extraoral photographs for smile analysis.
- Coordinate with lab, orthodontist, prosthodontist, periodontist, or consultant dentist where needed.
3. Facial Aesthetic Support
If trained and approved by management, the dentist may assist or participate in selected aesthetic procedures as per legal and clinical scope.
Possible areas:
- Facial analysis for smile and lower face aesthetics
- Lip support assessment
- Perioral ageing assessment
- Smile line evaluation
- TMJ and bite-related facial imbalance evaluation
- Support for facial aesthetic planning with the aesthetic team
- Patient counselling for smile plus facial harmony treatments
Note: Any injectable or aesthetic procedure should be performed only if the doctor is trained, legally eligible, and approved by clinic protocol.
4. Patient Counselling & Conversion
- Explain treatment options clearly to patients.
- Counsel patients for smile design, aligners, whitening, veneers, dental rehabilitation, and aesthetic dentistry packages.
- Handle patient concerns about pain, cost, number of visits, treatment duration, and results.
- Support package conversion in a professional, ethical, non-pushy manner.
- Coordinate with counsellor for treatment estimates and follow-up.
- Maintain premium communication style suitable for BM Elite.
5. Documentation & Photography
- Take proper dental photographs before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintain treatment records and clinical notes.
- Ensure consent forms are signed before procedures.
- Document treatment plans, estimates, follow-ups, and patient instructions.
- Maintain before-after records for approved cases.
- Coordinate for testimonials and reviews where appropriate.
6. Coordination with Clinic Team
- Coordinate with front office for appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with dental assistants for chairside support.
- Coordinate with consultants for specialty cases.
- Coordinate with lab for crowns, veneers, aligners, dentures, and smile design work.
- Coordinate with marketing team for medically correct dental content when required.
- Support dental camps, corporate camps, and referral activities.
Required Skills
- Strong basic dental diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Experience or interest in cosmetic dentistry.
- Good understanding of smile design principles.
- Ability to take dental photographs.
- Good patient communication.
- Ability to counsel premium patients.
- Basic knowledge of aligners, veneers, whitening, and aesthetic restorations.
- Professional appearance and etiquette.
- Good English and Tamil communication.
- Ability to work in a multi-specialty premium clinic.
- Team coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidate with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Aesthetic dentistry
- Smile designing
- Teeth whitening
- Veneers
- Composite bonding
- Clear aligners
- Digital smile design
- Cosmetic dental photography
- Full mouth rehabilitation coordination
- Facial aesthetic clinic exposure
- Premium dental clinic experience
Qualification
- BDS mandatory.
- MDS preferred but not mandatory.
- Fellowship / certification in aesthetic dentistry, smile design, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, or facial aesthetics will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong aesthetic interest and good communication may also be considered for junior role.

Working Hours
9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekly off as per clinic policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
