Job Description – Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, ROC regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory records and company documents, and manage timely filing of returns and compliance forms.
Organize Board Meetings, AGMs, and prepare agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities while advising management on corporate governance matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) or CS Professional Programme qualified, with sound knowledge of corporate laws and ROC compliance.
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the MCA portal.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
