Job Summary :
We are hiring a responsible and safety-focused Safety Officer to ensure safe working practices at solar project sites and company operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, and preventing workplace accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety rules and regulations
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
- Ensure compliance with electrical and construction safety standards
- Coordinate with project and site teams for safe execution of work
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial and construction safety practices
- Understanding of electrical and solar site safety
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Communication and team coordination skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Safety Management, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Certification in Safety Officer course preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years experience in construction, electrical, or solar projects preferred
- Freshers with safety certification may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
