Ensure all discharge summaries are completed within designated turnaround times.
Verify patient information, diagnoses, procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions for accuracy.
Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to clarify unclear dictations or discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of transcriptions and documentation.
Assist with other medical transcription tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
