Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and management.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flow diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Analyze business performance, project profitability, cost trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Support feasibility studies, business case development, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify business opportunities and risks.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions while ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and updated regularly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Finance, or Analytics is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Experience in the infrastructure, construction and engineering industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business knowledge and commercial understanding.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is desirable.
Knowledge of data analysis, business process mapping, and reporting tools.
Strong presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
