Key Responsibilities:

Lead research on biocontrol agents, microbial isolation, and characterization.
Develop innovative biofertilizer and biocontrol formulations.
Oversee product development, scale-up, process optimization, and production support.
Ensure R&D documentation, SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Drive strategic R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

PhD in Microbiology, Pathology, or related specialization.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Agricultural Biologicals, Biofertilizers, Biocontrol, or Agricultural R&D.
