Canteen Supervisor Job Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the canteen.
Manage and schedule canteen staff duties.
Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality and hygiene standards.

Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on canteen operations.
Train new employees on food handling, customer service, and safety procedures.
Monitor attendance and performance of canteen staff.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs needed.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering is an advantage
Experience in canteen, catering, or food service supervision (typically 2–5 years).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
