We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to successful delivery. This role demands an individual who can seamlessly navigate multi-stakeholder environments, maintain rigorous project governance, and serve as the central communication hub for all project activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellence.

Identify, map, and engage all project stakeholders — internal teams, executive sponsors, vendors, and external partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships across business units to align priorities and resolve conflicts proactively.

Conduct regular stakeholder workshops, presentations, and review meetings to ensure continued alignment.

Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle with transparency and empathy.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries and escalations.

Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan tailored to each stakeholder group.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, sprint reviews, and steering committee meetings.

Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of project information to all parties.

Translate complex technical information into business-friendly language for senior leadership.

Proactively flag risks, blockers, and dependencies before they impact delivery timelines.

Set up and continuously maintain project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Define and track tasks, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deadlines with precision.

Monitor task completion rates, update burn-down charts, and ensure the tracker reflects ground-level reality.

Perform regular audits of the tracker to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

Onboard and guide team members on tracker usage and best practices.

Produce weekly and monthly project status reports (RAG dashboards, executive summaries).

Track KPIs, OKRs, milestones, budget utilization, and delivery health indicators.

Prepare and present compelling progress decks for steering committee and leadership reviews.

Maintain project dashboards with real-time visibility into schedule, scope, cost, and quality.

Analyze variances from baseline and recommend corrective actions.

Create, version-control, and maintain all core project artifacts: Project Charter, RAID Log, RACI Matrix, BRD, SOW, Change Requests, Lessons Learned, and Closure Reports.

Enforce documentation standards and naming conventions across the project repository.

Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and stored in designated repositories (SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive).

Maintain an audit trail for all decisions, approvals, and scope changes.

Develop and update process flows, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles as required.

Identify, assess, document, and track risks and issues in the RAID log.

Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

Escalate critical risks to appropriate leadership with recommended action plans.

Conduct periodic risk reviews and update risk ratings and response plans accordingly.

Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Conduct project phase-gate reviews and obtain necessary approvals before phase transitions.

Monitor scope creep and manage change through formal change control processes.

Coordinate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

8–10 years of proven experience managing large-scale, high-complexity projects end-to-end across multiple business domains.

Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Waterfall project frameworks.

Prior experience in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
