Job description:

Job Title: Senior Academic Counselor

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000/month (Based on skills and experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and help them achieve their career goals. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for a smooth enrollment process.
Attend walk-in inquiries and provide detailed course information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility

Any Bachelor's Degree (UG/PG).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in academic counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is a plus).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
