Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
Department: Restaurant Operations
Reports To: General Manager / Owner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in BKC, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high operational standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff including servers, supervisors, and support staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints or concerns.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee shift operations.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per company policies and local regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and manage stock ordering.
Track daily sales, control operational costs, and help improve restaurant profitability.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and quality control.
Implement promotions, offers, and service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
3–5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.

Working Hours:
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
