Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
3–5 years of relevant experience in legal coordination, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, EPC, real estate, or manufacturing industry.
Coordinate with internal departments, project sites, and external legal counsel on ongoing legal matters.
Maintain and update records of litigation, arbitration, notices, contracts, and legal documents.
Track court hearing dates, case status, and ensure timely follow-up with advocates.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, contracts, notices, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and project teams for legal documentation and compliance.
Support land-related, contractual, labour, and commercial legal matters associated with infrastructure projects.
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and confidentiality of legal documents.
Monitor legal compliance requirements and maintain compliance trackers.
Prepare MIS reports, case status reports, and management updates.
Support the Head–Legal in day-to-day legal coordination and administrative activities.
Appear court on behalf of Company

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
