Manager – CFO Services

About Us

Jordensky (Jorden & Sky Advisors LLP) is a growing financial advisory firm providing accounting and CFO / compliance services to clients across India. We focus on delivering high-quality professional services with flexibility, ownership, and efficiency. We are expanding our team and looking for talented finance professionals to join this growth journey.

Role Purpose

As an embedded, Manager-CFO services, you will run the daily finance engine of a prestigious members’ club / hospitality institution in Navy Nagar, Colaba, on behalf of Jordensky. You are our dedicated daily presence at the client — owning accurate day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and a clean monthly close, and reporting the daily fund position to the client’s senior management. You work under the supervision of Jordensky’s Lead CFO and are backed by the full firm bench.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Book Closure

Monthly review of client books and sharing actionable recommendations
Drive client-specific month-end book closure checklist
Define clear roles and responsibilities for client finance teams
Prepare and implement SOPs for accounting and finance processes

Compliance & Audit Oversight

Review GST and TDS compliances for accuracy and timeliness
Support timely closure of statutory audits
Guide clients on quarterly tax planning strategies

MIS, Reporting & Financial Planning

Prepare monthly client-specific MIS / financial statements
Prepare and review cash flow and fund flow statements
Provide monthly actionable insights based on MIS
Create and automate client dashboards
Prepare cash flow forecasts
Prepare annual budgets and variance analysis

Team Management

Guide and manage client accounting teams on day-to-day operational issues
Drive timely task closure through motivation and follow-ups
Assist in hiring and onboarding client finance team members

Desired Candidate Profile

CA / MBA (top College) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Shared CFO Services.
Strong working knowledge of Tally / Excel / PPT.
Excellent understanding of accounting standards, Taxes, MIS, Cashflows and Business Finance.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-disciplined, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Technical Skills

Hands-on Tally Prime / ERP 9 and the double-account system.
Day-to-day statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF, ESIC — and government portals.
Strong on reconciliations (bank, cash, bar / F&B, inventory) and monthly close.
MIS preparation and advanced MS Excel; familiarity with club / hospitality

operations is a strong plus.
