Job Title: Floor Manager

Job Type: RP

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tanishq. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail management role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with a proven track record of success in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times

Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandising and visual displays

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
