Job Title: Senior Executive – Administration

Department: Administration
Reporting To: Admin Manager
Location: Silvassa

Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Administration will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, housekeeping, and employee welfare amenities. The role ensures smooth functioning of office facilities, residential colonies, guest houses, and support services, along with coordination of vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Facility Management

Manage general administration and housekeeping activities across office premises, plant/colony, and company facilities.
Handle facility management activities including maintenance of buildings, utilities, and common areas.
Ensure regular upkeep of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
Good in excel and word for creating day today MIS.

Housekeeping & Colony Management

Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Ensure availability and proper maintenance of employee amenities such as drinking water, AC, RO, Pest Control, first aid facilities, etc.
Manage company-allotted employee accommodations and staff quarters.

Canteen & Guest House Management

Oversee canteen operations, hygiene standards, and coordination with canteen vendors.
Manage guest house operations and maintenance, including housekeeping and readiness for guests.

AMC & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Liaise with vendors for day-to-day administrative requirements and service delivery.
Ensure service quality, compliance, and timely renewals of contracts.

Events & Programs Support

Support planning and execution of management events, camps, festivals, and company programs.
Coordinate logistics, facilities, and vendor arrangements for events.

General Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and departments.
Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of administration and facility management
Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work around the clock and handle emergency administrative requirements as needed.
Flexible with working hours based on operational needs.

Qualifications

12 Pass or any Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
