Full job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Activity Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of activities and events that promote engagement, creativity, and overall development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs that enhance participation and create a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute activities, events, and programs
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth execution
Develop activity schedules and ensure timely implementation
Encourage participation and engagement from all participants
Monitor and evaluate the success of activities and suggest improvements
Maintain records, reports, and feedback related to events and participation
Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with organizational guidelines
Manage materials, equipment, and logistics required for activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Event Management, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in event coordination or activity planning (preferred)

Preferred Qualities:

Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic personality
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups
Good time management and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
