Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Interior Designer & Sales Executive with experience in the modular kitchen, bathware, wardrobes, and interior industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills along with the ability to convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and delivering innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, budget, and project requirements.
Create innovative and functional designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, bath spaces, and other interior solutions.
Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, accessories, hardware, and appliances based on client requirements.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for projects.
Handle complete sales activities from inquiry generation to project closure.
Conduct showroom presentations and explain product features, materials, and design concepts.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and channel partners to generate business.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the production, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits for measurements, project discussions, and installation supervision.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated with the latest trends in modular kitchens, bathware, fittings, and interior design.

Pay: ₹20,814.46 - ₹55,644.01 per month
