About Us:
At Volmint Technologies, we are building scalable, modern, and high-performance software solutions that empower businesses across industries. We believe in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend systems.

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js and Express.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in web application development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Build efficient and reusable components with Next.js (server-side rendering, routing, and API integrations).
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Express.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate front-end designs with backend logic.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
Work with databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis for high-performance data handling.
Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML,React, and CSS.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering.
Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and HLL (High-Level Languages) concepts.
Understanding of OOPs concept and if worked on Laravel Framework.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with caching strategies and performance optimization.

Functional Skills

Ability to work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, quick learner, and capable of working independently.
Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
