Job Title: Accountant cum Dispatch Executive
Location: Mahipalpur New Delhi

Reports To: Finance Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Dispatch Executive who will handle both accounting responsibilities and dispatch/logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing financial records while also ensuring smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
- Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Generate financial reports as required
Dispatch & Logistics Duties:
- Coordinate dispatch of goods as per orders and schedules
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and shipment documents
- Maintain dispatch records and tracking details
- Liaise with transporters/couriers for timely delivery
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods
- Monitor stock movement and assist in inventory control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or dispatch
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar)
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Ability to handle both finance and operations tasks efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Office-based role with occasional coordination with warehouse/dispatch teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
