Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers / Tele Sales Executives for our Loan & Insurance process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Experienced tele-callers from banking, loan, insurance, finance, or sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding Loan and Insurance products
- Explain product benefits and resolve customer queries
- Generate leads and maintain customer database
- Follow up with interested customers for conversion
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain call quality and CRM updates
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
- Handle customer objections professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
For Freshers:
- Good communication skills (Hindi)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn sales process
- Minimum qualification 10th pass
For Experienced Candidates:
- 6 Months – 3+ Years experience in Tele Calling / Loan Process / Insurance Sales / Banking Sales / Financial Products
- Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Credit Card, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
