Full job description

At Do It Creation, we are a fast-growing creative design and digital marketing agency helping businesses build strong brands through logo design, website development, branding, social media marketing, and digital growth solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive / Lead Generator who can generate quality leads, connect with decision-makers, and book appointments with potential clients globally.

Responsibilities – How You Will Contribute

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and outbound prospecting
Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Identify businesses requiring branding, website design, social media management, and digital marketing services
Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders
Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and sales appointments for the business development team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot, Excel, or similar platforms
Build and nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Track outreach performance, responses, and pipeline progress
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Requirements – What You’ll Need

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development
Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales
Experience in selling design services, website development, branding, or digital marketing is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot CRM, or similar
Ability to confidently communicate with international clients
Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting strategies
Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT services, creative agencies, or marketing agencies
Knowledge of website development, branding, and social media services
Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and social media ads
