Full job description

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Hydro Jetter Operator / Technician for industrial cleaning operations involving Condenser Tubes, Heat Exchangers, APH (Air Preheater), Boilers, and Industrial Equipment. The candidate will operate high-pressure hydro jetting systems for maintenance and cleaning work in power plants, refineries, steel plants, cement plants, and other industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure hydro jetting equipment safely and efficiently
Perform cleaning of:
Condenser tubes
Heat exchangers
Air Preheaters (APH)
Boilers and pipelines
Industrial tanks and vessels
Remove scale, ash, sludge, deposits, and blockages from industrial systems
Set up hoses, nozzles, pumps, and jetting units
Conduct equipment inspection and preventive maintenance
Work at industrial shutdowns and maintenance projects
Coordinate with supervisors and plant maintenance teams

Requirements

Experience in hydro jetting / industrial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of condenser, heat exchanger, or APH cleaning operations
Ability to work in power plants, refineries, or heavy industrial environments
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights/confined spaces
Understanding of industrial safety standards and PPE usage
12th/10th/ITI / Diploma / Technical background preferred
Valid driving license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-pressure jetting pumps and accessories
Confined Space Entry certification
Industrial shutdown maintenance experience
Knowledge of vacuum systems and mechanical cleaning methods
