SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence :

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong capability in financial due diligence (FDD) with hands-on exposure to transaction support and deal analysis. Proficient in preparing and managing databooks with accuracy, structure, and consistency. Skilled in performing financial analysis to identify key trends, risks, and value drivers. Ability to support diligence workstreams by reviewing financial information and synthesizing findings. Demonstrated consulting acumen with attention to detail in transaction advisory and diligence-related tasks.
