About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of programs focused on women entrepreneurs and small enterprises, supporting them in building business, digital, and market readiness.
The role involves on-ground coordination, enterprise support, stakeholder engagement, and program management, ensuring that women-led businesses are able to grow sustainably and access market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation & Coordination
· Plan and execute program activities including trainings, workshops, and enterprise development sessions
· Coordinate with field teams, trainers, and mentors for smooth program delivery
· Support mobilization and onboarding of women entrepreneurs, collectives, and small brands
· Ensure timely execution of project plans across locations
2. Women Enterprise Development
· Provide handholding support to women-led enterprises in business planning and growth
· Assist entrepreneurs in improving product positioning, branding, and market linkage
· Identify high-potential enterprises and support them in scaling
· Facilitate access to digital platforms (e-commerce onboarding, etc.)
3. Digital & Market Readiness
· Support rollout of digital readiness and brand acceleration programs
· Assist entrepreneurs in onboarding to platforms such as e-commerce marketplaces
· Track enterprise progress using tools like readiness assessments and growth funnels
· Coordinate with digital and ecosystem partners
4. Stakeholder Engagement
· Build and maintain relationships with:
o Women entrepreneur networks
o Community organizations
o Producer groups and collectives
o Ecosystem and market partners
· Facilitate community and stakeholder meetings
· Ensure strong engagement with families and local ecosystems
5. Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain MIS, program data, and enterprise progress records
· Prepare:
o Monthly reports
o Case studies and success stories
o Training and event documentation
Required Qualifications and skills:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or related field
· 2–3+ years of experience in:
o Enterprise development / livelihood programs
o Women entrepreneurship / community-based projects
o Project coordination or field implementation
· Experience working with women-led enterprises, SHGs, or collectives is preferred
· Track financials and support budget planning
6. Field Operations
· Conduct regular field visits for:
o Community engagement
o Program monitoring
o Enterprise support
· Support field facilitators and local teams
· Organize events, exposure visits, and showcases

Remuneration:
The total CTC for this position would be in the range of .Rs. 4.20 lacs – 5.40 lacs per annum. The opportunity of extension of the contract will depend on the project lifecycle and funding support available.
